Is medical marijuana legal in Texas?YES! The Compassionate Use Program (CUP) was established in Texas in 2015. This program allows for low-THC cannabis to be prescribed by registered physicians to patients in Texas. The Texas Department of Public Safety is the regulatory body over the CUP.
